Returns/Refunds (if applicable)
If for any reason you aren't satisfied then I will accept returns unworn, unwashed, free of stains, visible wear, smells, or animal hair with tags still attached mailed within 7 days of receipt for a refund for store credit (in the form of a ClosetHolic e-giftcard) for the cost of the item. Shipping is non refundable and return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Any items returned without approval and/or outside the 7 day return window will be returned to you. Swimwear, footwear, hats gloves, gloves, jewelry, etc.. is final sale. Discounted items and special sale items are final sale.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied for the amount (excluding shipping) and sent via email in the form of a ClosetHolic e-giftcard within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your email account again. Check the spam folder as Shopify emails are often sent there.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items (or items purchased with any discount code) cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item of a different size, send us an email within at info.closetholic@gmail.com and send your item to: 814 Euclid St , Willard OH 44890, United States.
Gifts (if applicable)
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
